The plan is designed to help runners gain strength and endurance through lower mileage training, while still providing the necessary training to take on those 26.2 miles. With this plan, runners can expect to build a solid foundation for their running and gain a better understanding of the fundamentals of marathon training. This plan is designed to be used with the BODi program Sure Thing for strength training.
