3 Runner Friendly Breakfasts

I love a good brunch! Waffles, bacon, eggs, and fresh fruit, sign me up! But during the week (and let's be real, even most weekends as a mom of young kids) it just isn't going to happen.


I also know I need to fuel my body in the right way to keep my runs feeling good. Even more so as I'm increasing mileage with marathon training.
