I love a good brunch! Waffles, bacon, eggs, and fresh fruit, sign me up! But during the week (and let's be real, even most weekends as a mom of young kids) it just isn't going to happen.
I also know I need to fuel my body in the right way to keep my runs feeling good. Even more so as I'm increasing mileage with marathon training.
And I want to share some of my current favorite breakfast recipes--good for the crazy mornings before work and
post run on the weekends. Download my FREE E-Book to check out some of my favorite breakfasts that include a great variety of fruits, veggies, carbs, proteins, and fats to fuel your run and recover the right way.
In the book, you'll get recipes for:
s'mores no-cook energy bites
3 ingredient pancakes
These are my go-to's right now and kiddo approved!
